Balance Changes

Talents
  • Call Lightning:
    • Description: Summon a powerful lightning strike at the targeted {Area}, dealing {Damage} {DamageType} to the enemy closest to the center. A shockwave radiates through the area, striking nearby enemies for {ShockwaveDamage} {DamageType}. When cast directly, the shockwave also knocks back nearby enemies, adding a disruptive force to the impact. Indirect triggers of this ability are less effective and do not cause knockback. Summon a powerful lightning strike at the targeted {Area}, dealing {Damage} {DamageType} to the enemy closest to the center. Nearby enemies within the spell’s area are struck by a shockwave, taking {ShockwaveDamage} {DamageType}
